Hmm, interesting question. I would actually save the stranger first, because,
the stranger, after all, is a person while the dog is an animal. I certainly
love dogs, and I want to save both, but I think a human life is worth more.
Ya, it's pretty nice. My only critique is that ur grass looks 2 even. Try to use different grass brushes in different colors to add more depth.
P.S. The sun (I think it's a sun?) looks just like ur basic lens flare. Try to add more color or sun rays to make it more realistic.
When I was 8, I watched a lot of Transformers on TV. I think Transformers qualify as sort of anime... after that, I got into Sailor Moon.
